Cornwall Police Service - Special Constables PIN Test
This test involves four fitness components: core endurance, push ups, flexibility, and the Leger 20M Shuttle Run. Note that for Special Constables your 20 Meter Shuttle Run will be scored from Level 1 to 7 with a recorded result provided on our Police Fit Canada Certificate of Results for CPS.
For a detailed explanation of the components of PIN Testing please go to our FORMS & GUIDES Tab on our website. Disregard the 1.5 mile evaluation indicated in the guide. The Leger 20 Meter Shuttle Run will be evaluated from level 1-7 and recorded on the Certificate of Results.
